Medinexus Mobile for Patients is used to access reports and imagesfor patients of diagnostic providers (radiologists, pathologistsand hospitals) who have implemented Medinexus. You should alwaysdiscuss your report with your doctor before you read the reportyourself. When you leave your diagnostic provider they shouldprovide you with a ‘Practice ID’, a 'Patient ID' and an 'AccessionNumber' that you can use together with your name and date of birthdetails to register for a username and password. Once you have alogin name and have set a password you can use those login detailsagain without the need to register if you have another study done.You will have a different login name for each different providerthat you may visit and you need to register for each differentprovider. Medinexus Mobile for Patients allows you to viewdiagnostic reports of any studies as well as the images orattachments for these studies by clicking the 'View Images' buttonat the bottom of the report.

You may need toaskhealthcare providers such as doctors and hospitals to releaseyourinformation into the My Health Record. 3. You will only be abletoaccess family members' health histories where you havepermissionto do so.
